Leadership Wendy Hamilton
Senior Director, Chief of Staff
Wendy Hamilton serves as senior director, chief of staff for Pilot. She directly supports the chief executive officer and is a strategic partner to the executive leadership team. She also oversees Pilot’s aviation, corporate giving and events teams.
In this role, she draws on her extensive experience from across sales, communications, marketing and field operations to help the executive leadership team deliver on the company’s priorities and goals.
Wendy joined the company in 1992 as a part-time file clerk in accounts receivable. She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Tennessee.
