If the EFT section is completed, Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that: (1) PFJ may withdraw funds from Customer's bank account via electronic funds transfer at any time to collect on amounts due and owing to PFJ; (2) a $75 processing fee will be debited to Customer’s accounts receivable for each transfer returned to PFJ for insufficient funds or for any other reason which would cause the funds to be unavailable for drawing by PFJ; and (3) PFJ will be reimbursed, on demand, by bank wire for the gross amount of each invoice not paid by the electronic transfer of funds in addition to the processing fee described above. The processing fee rate listed in subsection (2) is subject to change upon notice to Customer by PFJ. This authority is to remain in full force and effect until PFJ and Customer's Bank listed herein has received written notification from Customer of its termination in such time and in such manner as to afford PFJ and Customer's Bank has a reasonable opportunity to act on it. For any checks or similar payments returned to PFJ for insufficient funds, account closure, or the like, a $75 processing fee shall be added to Customer’s accounts receivable.
