Senior Vice President, Food and Beverage

Sean Marrero serves as senior vice president, food and beverage for Pilot. He is responsible for overseeing all proprietary and third-party food operations across the company's entire network.

Prior to joining Pilot, Sean’s 25 years in the recreational marine industry include senior leadership roles across various disciplines including operations, finance, innovation, strategy, organizational culture and mergers and acquisitions.

Sean earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College.  He has completed management programs for Six Sigma at Villanova and for innovation at both Harvard and Stanford.
