Leadership Sam Edgmon

Sam Edgmon serves as senior vice president, retail business development for Pilot.

He leads the teams responsible for retail business development, construction, dealer strategy, network portfolio, real estate and property management, and facility revenue, helping drive growth across Pilot's retail footprint. 

Since joining Pilot in 2012, Sam has held leadership roles across operations, sales, strategy, analytics, technology and business development. Most recently, he served as vice president, operations business development, where he led initiatives focused on network growth, dealer partnerships and retail development.

Sam's broad experience across the business and passion for developing people have made him a trusted leader and strategic partner as Pilot continues investing in growth and delivering exceptional experiences for guests and dealers.

Sam earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and a master's degree in business administration from the University of North Alabama.
