Leadership Kari Irons

Kari Irons serves as senior vice president, chief experience officer for Pilot. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s brand strategy, creative development, integrated marketing efforts, loyalty and guest services.

Prior to joining Pilot, Kari spent more than 20 years in marketing leadership roles across retail and entertainment, including serving as senior vice president and head of marketing at Journeys and global vice president of brand at Topgolf.

Kari earned her bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism and related programs from the University of Oregon.
