Senior Vice President, Operations

Jorge Valdes serves as senior vice president, operations for Pilot. He is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement to enhance the team member and guest experience and help drive sales.

Prior to joining Pilot in 2022, he served as vice president at Regal Rexnord overseeing global business operations in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. He previously held multiple leadership roles at Brunswick Corporation and has a track record of developing and driving business strategies designed to maximize operational excellence and help organizations reach their sales potential.

Jorge earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
