President, Energy

Jesús Guerra serves as president, energy for Pilot. He joined Pilot in 2018 and oversees the company’s integrated fuel supply chain, including upstream infrastructure and asset management, business development, procurement, logistics, transportation, petroleum pricing and sales. In addition, he and his team oversee the development and innovation of electric and alternative energy solutions, and the growth and optimization of Pilot’s traditional and renewable fuels.

Jesús has over twenty-five years of experience in a variety of finance and operational leadership roles within the energy sector. Previously, Jesús served as Business Manager at Noble Americas Corp., supporting the Global Oil Liquids Trading business. Prior to Noble, Jesús held various positions at Merrill Lynch Commodities, including operations, accounting, middle office, finance transformation, business planning and IT migrations.

Jesús earned a B.B.A in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
