Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Jeremy Osterstock serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer for Pilot. He is responsible for leading all financial-related activities and accountability for the company, including oversight of company-wide financial operations, accounting, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations.

 

Most recently, Jeremy was the chief financial officer, upstream at ExxonMobil. Over the course of nearly 25 years with ExxonMobil, Jeremy held a variety of senior leadership roles in the US, Europe and Asia with a focus on financial reporting and analysis, risk management, and finance transformation.

 

Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and a master of business administration in finance from Penn State University.
