Leadership Jamie Landis

Jamie Landis serves as executive vice president, chief administrative officer at Pilot.  

She is responsible for developing, refining and helping to execute the long-term company strategy, and for leading Pilot’s people functions, advancing the company’s business ambition and supporting more than 30,000 team members across North America. In this role, she oversees business planning and execution, safety, enterprise risk, procurement and communications, bringing together critical functions that help drive the company’s performance and long-term success. Her leadership strengthens organizational capabilities, drives continuous improvement and fosters a culture that is in service of the company's purpose-driven strategy.  

Jamie joined the company in June 2021 and held several human resources leadership roles where she was integral in developing our people-centric approach that included attracting, hiring and retaining top talent. 

Previously, Jamie held multiple cross-functional human resources leadership roles with Delaware North, Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos and Dick's Sporting Goods where she drove talent strategies that enabled organizational growth and performance. 

Jamie earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois Urbana –Champaign.
