Leadership Andy Lupo

Andy serves as executive vice president, chief commercial officer where he leads commercial strategy across Pilot’s energy and retail verticals. In this role, Andy focuses on accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring commercial execution is aligned with the company’s long‑term strategic vision. 

In 2020, Andy joined the Pilot as vice president, strategic pricing, focusing on the company’s commercial advanced analytics practice. Most recently, he served as executive vice president, chief technology officer responsible for setting and executing Pilot’s technology strategy to develop secure, scalable platforms that support business growth and innovation. 

Prior to joining Pilot, Andy spent twenty years across different facets of the commercial business at Altria in Atlanta, Georgia. This includes analytics, digital marketing, trade marketing and sales. 

Andy graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, focusing on finance and economics.
