Senior Vice President, People
Jocelyn Caldwell serves as senior vice president, people for Pilot. She is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s people strategy. This role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent, culture and belonging, people partners and places, employee engagement, performance management and total rewards to ensure Pilot has team member experiences that show people they matter at every turn.
Prior to joining Pilot, Jocelyn served as vice president, global talent-workforce strategy and organizational design for Walmart. In this role, she led the workforce strategy and organizational growth of the workforce to help achieve company strategy and objectives. She has deep experience leading organizational transformations and executing talent strategies in culturally diverse environments.
Jocelyn earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University, a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Carolina and an Education Specialist in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University. She also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional designations.
